EASY FUDGY KETO AVOCADO BROWNIES- FLOURLESS AND SUGAR-FREE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup Now Foods unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 6 oz Pascha Chocolate Chips - Unsweetened 100% Cacao Chocolate Chips
  • 4 tsp Coconut Oil
  • 2 Cup Avocado's with skin removed (460g) roughly 4 medium avocados
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener
  • 1 Cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour
    EASY FUDGY KETO AVOCADO BROWNIES- FLOURLESS AND SUGAR-FREE

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Line a 13 x 9 pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  3. In a small saucepan add the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Bring to medium heat until fully melted. (or you can microwave them)
  4. In your food processor, add all the ingredients: avocado, eggs, monk fruit sweetener, almond flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, vanilla extract and melted chocolate
  5. Process until all the ingredients are well blended and mixture is the consistency of a thick brownie batter.
