KETO,LOW CARB-ULTIMATE FUDGY PALEO BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 dark chocolate baking bar chopped
  • 1 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs + 1 egg yolk
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line and grease a square baking pan (8x8 or 9x9 inch) with parchment paper nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond butter, coconut sugar, maple syrup, vanilla extract, eggs and egg yolk until smooth and well combined. Gently fold in cocoa powder, coconut flour, salt and baking soda until there are no clumps. Fold in 1/3 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate into the batter. The batter will be thick.
