Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces unsweetened plain almond milk
  • 4 ounces boiling water
  • 4 ounces crushed ice
  • 1 1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) cream cheese
  • 1 ounce (3 tablespoons) swerve confectioners sweetener
  • 1/2 ounce (2 tablespoons) unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Recommended Blender Method:
  2. In a blender, add swerve, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt. Add boiling water, then cream cheese and peanut butter.
  3. Blend until the cream cheese and peanut butter are fully dissolved.
  4. Add crushed ice and blend until the ice is melted.
  5. Stir in almond milk. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator.
