OVEN BAKED CHICKEN THIGHS

Ingredients

  • 2  tablespoons  white vinegar
  • 1/3  cup  sugar
  • 1/4  cup  water
  • 6  chicken thighs, recommend bone-in, skin-on
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4  cloves  garlic, minced
  • 1  tablespoon  soy sauce, low-sodium recommended
    OVEN BAKED CHICKEN THIGHS

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, season chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Then set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic and water.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, or optionally marinate the chicken for 30 minutes up to 8 hours in the fridge.
